Very friendly and helpful staff. Offices were clean - doctor was so informative. Overall I was very impressed. Waiting time was rather long but that’s understandable.

The office is clean, safe, and receptionists are polite, professional, and welcoming. My wait time was under 5 minutes. The technicians and doctor and very knowledgeable, professional, welcoming and accommodating. They ensure you understand every step of your experience. Making you feel very safe.

The support staff, from arrival to departure were great! A very positive vibe. There was an unusually long wait, so I would have appreciated someone popping in to let me know. However, Dr. Ross was extremely pleasant and apologetic for the wait.
Dr. Ross made me completely comfortable during the visit. Very professional and thorough.
