The manager is terrible she talks over you and does not listen at all to what the customer is saying. She refuses to give out her managers name and number to be able to report her. They are so short handed you wait for hours past your appointment time. Do not go here for any of your eye care services. The manager of the store needs to be fired as it is her who is destroying this business.

Went for an eye exam and I had an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted nicely and all the staff talked very nicely and answer each of my question with a smile on their face. I am the one who asks MANY question but they were so patient and took time to answer and explain everything in simplest form so I understood everything. I had my eye checked by Dr. Belles who was just the most amazing doctor. She talks in a very smoothing nice voice so it feels so welcoming. Just like the staff, she explained everything and used 3d model to show me. You know you selected the best doctor when they listen to you, answer your questions while talking the time so you don’t feel rushed. That was exactly my experience!!! I am already looking forward to my next appointment.
