Starting with the Tech. Michael Morrison and the attending Doctor, the service was Excellent. Very attentive, very professional, helpful and caring. Kudos to you all.

I did an online appointment request and never heard back for a week, so called them today to do a follow up and talked to the rudest human being. Ohh, I should also mention her exact words were “we don’t have any appointments until next year” ok, so…you couldn’t let someone know this? And…you can’t be anymore accommodating to new patients?
This type of “customer service” is how you lose business

Extremely well run clinic w/a great staff & they seem to work like a team. No real wait to see a doctor even as me being a new patient. I do recommend that as a new patient it is best to go on their website to get the forms & have it already filled out, that cuts down waiting time & always bring the proper ID including the insurance info. Dr. James Yocum seems to be a great opthalmogist & a specialist in the field of blocked 😢 tear ducts. Totally recommend him for this reason as his practice is in my insurance plan also.
