Having a background in healthcare, I am very aware of patient experience expectations. This office met and exceeded my expectations. My appointment was taken exactly on time, and everyone in the office was cordial and professional. I am a relatively new patient and I felt totally comfortable and “at home.” I would highly recommend a visit to this practice. JS

Very efficient office and staff which is so important when you have little ones who aren’t as patient. Every one was so kind and helpful. Dr. Friedman is extremely knowledgeable and took such great care of my son.

Dr. Friedman was wonderful. He was educational, prompt and helpful. Nursing staff was quick and friendly. Scheduling was easy. The only problem (and I understand this as a physician myself) is prolonged wait times-spent a little over an hour waiting in the waiting room after scheduled appointment time until we were called back but everything after this was quick and efficient.
