I traveled over two hours to see Dr Friedmen for my consultation, I had been dealing with adult strabismus which had worsened in the past years making me incredibly self-conscious, not wanting to go out with friends, look people in the face, etc. From the time I called to make the first appointment to my last post-op appointment his staff was very helpful and pleasant. As for Dr Friedman, I was not able to express my appreciation for him, as I thought I would get too emotional, I want to thank him, thank you for giving me back time with friends and family, please take time to think of what a special gift you give to your patients! As I stated in the beginning of this review that I traveled over two hours, I would have traveled double or triple that given my outcome, the only regret I have is no not doing it sooner. Dr Friedman along with his office staff were very accommodating to my travel, as well. Thank you so very much, Dr Friedmen!

Office staff for Dr Friedman very rude and non empathetic. I know they put us at the bottom of the appointment list as the entire room is now empty and we have been in front of many people. Or they ought right ignored us. It has been over an 1:45 hour. Kinda feel they left for lunch and don’t really care. We’ve been to many of Dr Friedman’s locations. And this one is for the( 2nd time ) has been by far the worst. Don’t schedule appointments here

Amazing staff: very professional very reassuring , helpful. Every member of this staff seems to be in a good mood. They enjoy their work and are good at it. Dr Criss takes time to explain what you want. His results as a surgeon are unbelievable. I went from poor vision to 20/20 thru this care. Great doctor . I have never seen a medical operation as well coordinated as this. They all seem to care.
