This was my first visit to the Neptune Beach location; in the past I always visited the Gate Parkway office. The office staff was very professional and efficient. I waited less than 10 minutes after checking in before I was called back for visual field and other testing. Back to the waiting room for another 5-10 minute wait before I was called back again for vision and pressure testing with a technician and almost immediately after that, Dr. Freidl came into the room for the final exam and discussion. Dr. Freidl was very clear in discussions with me and developed a definitive course of action. I really appreciate her being straightforward without causing alarm, and also the fact that she answered all of my questions clearly.

Staff were pleasant and professional. However, the wait to see the Dr was very long. Over an hour.

Dr Freidl is amazing. Is very caring & compassionate. All staff are very friendly & respectful. I would highly recommend this office .
