I have been a customer of Focal Point Optical for several years and have always gotten very good technical advice, exceptional service, and frequent follow-ups on order progress. In p e day I managed to break both my regular glasses and my prescription sunglasses. I was able to get a complete eye exam, (I mean complete), and order new glasses and new prescription sunglasses on the same day. I had finished glasses and prescription sunglasses within five days. I also got some really great technical advice regarding the advances in polarization that improved my product choices. Stephanie was informed, articulate, and friendly.
