My wife had progressive lenses put in a frame she purchased elsewhere and also had prescription polarized lenses put in sunglasses. My Ophthamologist told me to use Hoya Vision progressive lenses based on the work I do and I could not find them anywhere in the Rochester area but Tom had no issue getting them for me. I put the Hoya progressive lenses in a frame I purchased elsewhere. Tom was great to work with and he beat the prices we were quoted for progressive lenses from all the optometrist locations in Rochester, specifically the one in the Village of Rochester and the one in downtown Rochester on Main Street. He said it would take about a week and they arrived at the store in 6 days. I will never go anywhere else for lenses in Rochester/Rochester Hills. We are really happy with our glasses and highly recommend Tom and Focus optical.

I enjoy thrifting and brought my unique frames finds to Tom. I prefer glass lenses, he and his team made it work! Fair regard, they are not responsible for any damages to outsourced frames. That gamble being said, I'm very grateful to the marvelous team. I absolutely love my glasse and wholeheartedly recommend Focus Optical!

Tom is very helpful. He honestly gives me hope for customer service in the medical industry. He has always bent over backwards to help me. It’s a small business and yes the inside could use a little remodeling but that’s many offices. Honestly, I won’t go back to my anchor bay home eye doctor. I gave this place a chance because it was so close to where I lived. Now that I have moved back to new Baltimore, I will continue to drive out of my way to go to this optometrist. This place is special and unique. I have a lot of stress in my life and this business makes my life a little less stressful. I went to the optometrist in new Baltimore almost my whole life. I have no regrets going to this place instead. I feel like I’m treated like an actual person and not a number. I was able to get my contacts quickly and efficiently.
