Dr. Feliciano is the best in the Bay Area, hands down. Intelligent, knowledgeable, kind and with a good sense of humor. She's a straight shooter who calls it like it is and knows her profession through and through. Her assistants and clinicians are very accommodating and knowledgeable, especially Nancy who really knows every thing there is to know about lenses, frames and how to best apply insurance to each patient.
