I am not the type to complain. I have been wearing glasses over 20 years. Paul is great but a doctor is only as good as his support staff I give them a -5 stars also their product quality for their eyewear is awful. I would not listen to their recommendations at all. My glasses fell apart in 3 months first time I have ever had that happen in 20 years. Then they tried to fix it then 3 months later fell apart again. I just went to someone else and paid full retail for my glasses over 6 months now still love my new ones. I will never make the mistake of going here ever again.

VERY thorough, personable, and professional! I actually had fun for the first time at a doctor appointment. That doesn’t happen very often! Highly recommend Dr. Draayer and his staff!!!

Months ago I went there to get glasses. Nothing was working so I asked for refund he refused and wanted to keep trying so here we are months later nothing works and now my glasses have made into sunglasses. What a waste of time and money I would have never spent over $800 on sunglasses. I should have been offered a full refund
