Some of the more negative reviews are a few years old, so here is my update from the last two weeks: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I have worn contacts and glasses for 20 years and this was the worst optometrist office I’ve been to. 1. It took several visits and phone calls to get a copy of right prescription, 2. they charged me for contacts that I asked to cancel several times because it was so irritating to my eyes 3. I waited almost an hour and half to see my optometrist 4. The front desk girls are nice, but not reliable. Do yourself a favor and use online services for $20 to get your prescriptions and just order off of Zenni or 1-800-contacts. I wish I did that in the first place.

Quick, easy and the expertise of Dr. Ching was great. He knew all of the eye diseases I mentioned about my family, including Keratoconus, which most optometrists have not heard of, and recommended an extra test to map the shape of my eyes based on this. He was even aware of the doctor my mother used to go to who wrote a thesis on that disease. Staff was friendly and helpful too! I definitely recommend 11/10.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!! I’ve never paid so much for anything and received so little service. Not only did they not text me or call me to let me know my glasses were there to be picked up, despite me having spoken to them they day before they were delivered to the store, when I picked my glasses up there was absolutely ZERO fitting by the “trained professional” it was almost as if they threw my glasses up on the counter in fear they would bite! I spent over $600 on 2 pairs of glasses and I guess I’m used to getting treated with a modicum of fitting or some kind of service to make me feel like $656 was well spent. VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE!
