Humanity lives on! Sometimes, brevity isn't the goal, especially in moments like these. Almost a year back, a nearly fatal accident turned my life upside down, pushing me through three brain surgeries and an eye operation, leaving me not just financially broken but also a changed person. Today, I walked into Focus Vision Center, hoping for my first pair of eyeglasses. Enter Dr. Jane Liang, a true angel, who meticulously examined my eyes for over half an hour to find the perfect lenses. Even after being under the care of some of the finest doctors, Dr. Liang stood out not only for her expertise but for her ability to delve into my issues comprehensively. She didn't just tend to my visual needs; she uncovered the intricate connections between my trauma and other struggles – be it endocrine imbalances, depression, or mood swings. And it gets better. The cost of the glasses was staggering(650$), even with insurance covering some. It was a blow I couldn't afford. So, with a bit of humility, I asked for some time to think. Little did I know, a call from the clinic would soon change everything. Dr. Liang, understanding my desperation and financial struggles recommended the glasses and then did something incredible – she offered an almost 50% discount on the lenses, letting me pick any frame I fancied. Her ability to read my emotions and her dedication to her oath and profession truly shone through. I was moved to tears as I drove back, and with Aria's help, settled on a frame. I embraced Dr. Liang as I left, assuring her that her kindness would forever be etched in my memory. Her small act brightened my day and brought hope to the darkest of my times. My heart brims with gratitude for Dr. Liang and her exceptional team.

I would have given a zero star review if I can. This place is unprofessional and worst of all unsanitary. When I visited, there was medical waste left on the clinic counter. I didn't went with my better judgement and continued to be examined. The result was that I got an eye infection within 5 hours of my eye exam visit. I returned to Dr. Liang's office the next day to resolve this matter. Dr. Liang and her office proceed to charge me another $75 before agreeing to check my infected eye. This $75 visit lasted less than 10 minutes with half of the patient care focus on checking on my uninfected Right eye. Dr. Liang procced to predict that my Right eye will soon be infected because of dermatitis. Now this information was based on a 2-3 minutes of looking in my uninfected right eye. I am in excellent health with no prior eye infection.

I wish to give 0 star. This place charged me for PD measurements when I have VSP. VSP insurance confirmed that this store shouldn't charge me for PD measurements.
