It first started with a phone call and I was blessed enough to speak with Karen. Karen showed patience and care and concern with my situation because I was dealing with new insurance. Karen was thorough in making certain the insurance was accepted and then the next day gave me a call and all worked out that I could make an appointment. Dr. Jevne was amazing he answered all my concerns and explained my diagnosis completely. He was very communicative and I appreciated that tremendously. The entire staff were great! Their professionalism shines thru and was happy to experience this.

The technical part of my visit was quick and precise, with the doctor explaining everything so I understood. The ladies who worked with me were also very personable and made the experience fun with the friendly conversations we had. Definitely made me feel at ease while I was there!
