Worst place to go to. I got my glasses a little under a year ago with this place. A screw fell off and I took back in with them because they had guaranteed me a warranty for 1 year. It’s not even a year yet. Before I went to the office, I called and asked them about it. They were straight up unprofessional. Esther is the person who I talked to. A very rude person and didn’t even consider opening the case that my glass was in, to see it’s condition. She just denied it. She told me I needed a brand new frame. Because it’s broken. How can she even tell without even looking at it? When it was just a screw. Never going back to this place. Keep your distance guys. Granted Dr Fong was a very nice person, but she needs new receptionists for sure.

Dr. Anna Fong is just awesome! The service she provides is stellar! She introduced me to the best lenses I have ever used and it has changed my whole visual outlook. I can see so much better! She is the best!

I had a good experience Dr. Fong was very informative and helpful, her staff was very nice, attentive, professional and a good atmosphere. I'm so glad I made the appointment to judge for myself, the bad reviews can be very misleading and must be old, her current receptionist was so happy and cheerful. I was also able to get an appointment within a week.
