I am new to Fontana and I researched this place, read the reviews and decided to make an appointment. I was 100% satisfied. Everyone was friendly and Dr. Grey was amazing. They had the latest and greatest equipment and my exam was very thorough. They had a nice selection of brand name glasses. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

Been going here for 3 years and i'm NEVER disappointed. The care and customer service is second to none. I get the answers that I deserve and need. I also want to give a shout out to Betty. She is amazing and listing and answering questions and is very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend Fontana Optometric Group!!

I got a phone call earlier this week, advising that my glasses were in. Upon my arrival to the office, I was told to have a seat. The wait wasn't long. I was helped out by Vanessa. From the beginning, she gave me attitude. It seemed as if though she was in a bad mood. She was borderline, taking down to me. She was being sarcastic the whole time. It was annoying. As I waited, Vanessa came out with only brought out one pair of glasses. When I asked about the second pair, she said they weren't in yet. I asked why I received a call advising that my order was in. She said she didn't know what I was talking about and proceeded to put the blame on someone else. I ended up leaving the glasses, and I told her that I would them up when my order was complete. It sucks that I'm giving this place a 1 star review because Dr. Grey is one of the best, but they need to do something about the office staff.
