The customer service was exceptional! Dr. Yee was so attentive and patient with all my questions and qualms (transitioning to progressives lol). They have a huge selection of glasses and also were straightforward about the difference of insurance benefits between glasses and contacts. They were also able to accommodate my son and I with a joint appt time! I’m so happy I found Foothill Optometric Center! Thank you all!

Not very happy with Foothill Optometric. People are very forgetful there, have to wait 6 to 8 weeks for your lenses to come in and their Customer Service is not the same.
Used to love this place. They have great Doctors, but their Auxiliary staff is not so desirable.😓

This morning when I checked in at the front desk it was very pleasant, the young lady that did my tech eye exam. was very patient, sweet and professional. Doctor Lu also very professional, explained my results, examined my eyes, recommended meds. , wrote them down and given to me to take care of my vision problem.
