Elsa has been the best customer service representative I’ve dealt with here at this location in Aventura but the last nine years she goes over and beyond the call of duty to make sure that you’re happy and understand what you’re receiving as a customer. My mother waited just short of four months for her glasses to be *just right*. They were re-made 4 or 5 times before we were fortunate enough to have Sana and Mona who took control.
