This was my first time here for an exam. Dr. Hartz is amazing! Got the most thorough exam I've ever had. The store manager, Tia, and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, plus very helpful with my decision on frames. The whole experience was great! I highly recommend Dr. Hartz and his staff.

I’ve been coming here for years and the customer service is great. I’m in a wheelchair and everyone in the store is vey helpful. Just wish you had longer daytime hours for folks who work!

Great prices and selection of glasses. I have not paid this low of a price for many years! Staff is very professional and friendly and their equipment is state of the art. Getting my glasses was a great experience!
