Everyone there has excellent customer service. The inexpensive, buy one get one free pair, one of them had an issue and they called me at work to save me time from coming in. Usually you get it and go home and then have to come back, but they inspected it when they got it. One of the technicians saw that my glasses were not sitting right,twice and fixed them. (I don’t let my boy touch my glasses anymore.) Now they are fitting perfect, and I don’t want to mess them up. The Doctor got my new prescription better than the last one I got at a different location. She patiently showed my 12 yr. old boy how to put in the contacts, which we didn’t think anyone could do. If you are looking for customer service and an accurate prescription this is the place to go.

Every one there was amazing.I went there saying to myself Im not going to be wearing no glasses. I do not like glasses. I do not like how they look or feel on my face. If I have to wear glasses I will get surgery etc. However, I went there and all the ladies was so above beyond nice and very knowledgeable. The Dr. Was AMAZING!!. She was attentive, understanding, and knowledgeable. They were all professional. I left there with not with just one pair but two pairs of glasses and the prices are very reasonable as well. I’m so happy that I went. Thank you ladies for being so phenomenal..May God Continue to bless you all!!

I was able to to get in for a last minute appointment. The staff was polite and attentive. Dr. Trinh had the most pleasant demeanor. She took her time and explained every part of the eye exam. I was told in the past, I could no longer wear contacts. Wrong...Dr. Trinh let me try on and sample several pair and sent me home with a couple on a trial basis. She spent more time and care with my eye exam then I ever recieved in the past. Even before Lasic surgery!! I can not recoomend her enough. Will share with all my friends. 10 Stars **********
