We are very satisfied. My husband got his new glasses today, and I recently had my new glasses adjusted by Dena such that I am now much more comfortable. I also wanted to get the prescription for my old computer glasses that I love, just in case I ever lose them and need to replace them. So William was able to "read" the prescription from the lenses, using precision equipment, and he made me an offer for a new pair of computer glasses that I could not refuse. So I ended up not only with the prescription I wanted as a precaution, but I also ordered an additional pair of computer glasses. I have my back up, and I can now put one pair next to my bed to read at night, and the other in the kitchen for computer work.

Their customer service people are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Eye exams are quick and easy. Frames and lenses are very competitively priced, usually below most other sources. And they accept most insurances

This store has been my favorite place to get new eyeglasses thru the years. They have a wide selection of nice-looking frames at a good range of prices. Keith is so pleasant, skilled, calm and helpful and has always expeditiously handled any adjustments to the new glasses with no hesitation whatsoever. On my most recent visit, Marie suggested I select 5 frames to start with & if more were needed she would bring me 5 more to try. I had a hard time narrowing down my choices but she was so patient with my indecisiveness and told me to take as much time as I needed. I felt blessed when I left there and thankful for the kind people who work at this store.
