The ladies were lovely . Diana and the other sales woman were so helpful with suggestions and making sure I received exactly what I asked for. they assisted me with the proper selection for my face shape. At no point did I feel the dreaded upscale pressure When I picked up my glasses I actually took advantage of the sale and purchased the second pair again, no pressure My only complaint is that I purchased the warranty however there was no available pamphlet to let me know what was included. Diana was able to print a copy from the web
