Alyssa from the Plymouth Meeting, PA store was extremely helpful and professional in adjusting a pair of glasses, trying to fix another pair and helping me pick out a new pair, while figuring out the coverage on a pair of glasses. She went above and beyond and is a gem.

I have Davis vision plan and I called the insurance company that I am fully 100% for both glasses and contacts eye exam after the staff says my insurance only cover eyeglasses exam, if I want to do contact exam I have to pay out of my packet. And their website also say Davis vision one of accept insurance company.

Everyone was super friendly. My apt was with Dr. Denick, who was very informative and explained to me everything he was doing and everything he saw on the scans. The apt itself was surprisingly quick. I wish I would have remembered her name, but the lady who helped me pick out my glasses was helpful as well. I told her the style I was going for and she brought me over a few to try on and helped me pick out my two pairs of glasses. Will definitely be returning for my next eye exam!
