Well after years of dealing with this Service my glasses broke I ordered a new pair as I do every other year Including Family I purchased a pair of Reading glasses to get me through the week for $30.00 but after an hour wearing them they hurt the nose guard is hard plastic I spent $300 on glasses and wanted to return the reading glasses there site reads 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed well being declined to take my return leaves me to say there 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed is B.S. I will be taking my Family Business elsewhere.

Great experience from the eye exam by Dr. D’Angelo to the eye glass shopping assistance from Suzanne. After my eye exam, Suzanne helped me find glasses within my price range. Looked up my insurance information in her computer found insurance my husband carried that I didn’t even know I had - she was amazing! I left there after I ordered four pairs of glasses, standard frames, standard lenses. I was told my glasses would be in in two weeks and then less than three business days later they were ready for me to pick up. From now on my family will go nowhere else.
