I had a glasses emergency when my only pair of glasses broke, since my others were with my belongings in a storage unit. Everyone at this For Eyes really helped me out expertly, and kindly, and I managed to get glasses through the replacement plan. For Eyes is always far superior to any other optical shop, and I’ve been to several in Virginia and California. Other places pale by comparison to the level of customer service and expertise. This location has a parking lot (busy if you get there later in the day, but good to arrive at 10 am), unlike the For Eyes in Berkeley, which I found more challenging to reach, at least by car.

I was helped by Genesis, who was super knowledgeable and patient. I only needed to have my lenses added to a new frame, and they picked two pairs of perfectly-matching frames with the lowest price possible. They were also very kind and easy-to-talk-to. I had a satisfying experience at the store.

I went to For Eyes to ask for help because a nose cushion on my reading glasses had fallen off. I offered to pay, but the woman who helped me refused to let me pay anything at all, and she quickly fix the problem and even clean my glasses before giving them back to me. She was extremely helpful and I appreciate it.
