BEST customer service!!! I randomly stopped here and glad I did. I received fantastic and personalized service from Jamie. She was very knowledgeable and didn't push for me to have the most expensive glasses or lens. She gave me all the time I needed to select sun/progressive glasses. When they arrived she spent time showing me how to use progressive glasses. She put the glasses in a bag and when I got home I saw that there was a thank you card - very classy.

Great experience. Dr. Campbell's exam was unexpected as he did everything from the beginning to the end of the exam. He also did not rush and spent quality time with me. Christie and Sady made my experience even better. They had smiles and truly made me feel welcome with their outgoing friendliness. I don't find customer service very often like this, so shout out! My visit gets a 10 out of 10!

Came into the store on the 23rd of Aug. Unfortunately I don’t know the ladies name that helped me but she did an amazing job at repairing my glasses. For the first time since I got my first set of glasses a year ago from the VA, they have felt great while wearing and fit snuggly. Thanks a bunch. I know she had birds that she owned but thanks for the great help.
