My recent experience with Forks Optical was very emotional. I wear very needed prescription eyeglasses. I had an appointment set for late September, 2025 for my exam and new glasses Rx with Dr. Corpora. Unfortunately, I broke the wire on my current glasses, at the end of August, on a Friday night! I now couldn't see with clarity. I put on my backup glasses, and I got physically sick. I went to 3 different eye places over the weekend, and nobody could assist me. I drove to Forks Optical first thing Monday morning and I was very hysterical. I couldn't see with clarity and I was physically sick. The Optician, Chad Weierbach, immediately sprung into action and calmed me down. I was driving out of the office, in less than an hour, with brand new frames for my current lenses! I could see again!! Chad was very empathetic toward my current situation and was very professional with me. I have to hand it to this guy...he was truly a hero that day!! Thank you, Chad!! You're the best!!

I highly recommend Dr. Boscia and the entire team they are always great! During my recent appointment, Dr. Casella provided excellent care. Furthermore, the optical center allowed me to select a new pair of glasses. Matt from the optical center was particularly helpful in assisting me in finding the perfect pair that I liked and looked good for me

So very helpful. Started with their eye glass service and a prescription from another doctor but their Optician Manager, Robin, quickly noticed that the prescription didn't appear to be correct. From their, their optometrist, Lori Bartholomew, O.M., did an eye examination and refraction and corrected the prescription. I have my new glasses and they are perfect! Thank goodness for their office, their staff and their doctors!

I've had nothing but great experiences at Forks Optical. Easy to schedule, wonderful doctors, state of the art equipment and incredible staff. Everyone is very friendly and the frame selection is stellar. Shout out to Matt who found 2 great pair of glasses for me! 10/10

My husband and I have been going to this office for 8 years. They have a wonderful staff. Special shout out to the optical department for being able to fix my glasses as a walk in after a fall bent the frames and arm. Fast, friendly, and helpful.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Boscia for years. We love the entire experience. Dr. Bartholomew makes sure that our eyes are healthy and in good working order and then we go over to Robin who helps us choose the most current and exciting frames to fit our budget. Every pair of glasses that she has helped us choose, we have continuous compliments on. Actually people come up to us and ask us where we got our glasses. It's unbelievable! Of course I give them the address. Thanks so much to Robin and her staff for keeping us cool 😎! And to Dr John who runs a terrific practice. Keep up the good work.

My review is not specifically for the Dr. but more with the office scheduling staff. I called to make an appointment for my wife and I and was told they only have availability two-three months out (for mid-October). I specifically asked them if they took my insurance and they said "yes." Great! So the day before our appointments, I get a call and they tell me that, no, they don't take my insurance and that we would have to pay for the exams and/or glasses/contacts with no insurance but they would extend a 20% discount. Well, the 20% discount still would have cost me 240 dollars for the exams, plus glasses, lenses, etc. Why would I do that if my insurance pays 100% of the cost of an exam? Needless to say, I was very peeved and cancelled the appointments at the last minute. I understand that mistakes are made and they were polite about it but to me, this is totally unacceptable. Be warned if making an eye exam appointment here. UPDATE: After posting this review, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call directly from Dr. Boscia. He apologized for the mix-up and even extended a very generous offer to correct the situation. Even though this caused frustration for me and my wife (having to modify our work schedules), I understand that mistakes do happen and they will probably modify their internal process to make sure it doesn't happen again. For me, taking the time to actually call me and try to make the situation right says a lot about Dr. Boscia and his practice and I have updated my score. It's very obvious that he cares about his customers and it's rare to receive this kind of customer support, so I am very impressed. To be honest, I would love to make Dr. Boscia my primary optometrist but I only wish he accepted my insurance.

Great environment friendly staff

Forks Optical is by far the best optical business that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Their staff is second to none, very professional, friendly, extremely accommodating. The quality of their lenses, the quality of their huge selections of eyewear, their personal services, experience & attention to detail Is superb. I have been wearing glasses for 28 years and have never found anyone as amazing as Forks Optical in Easton on Sullivan Trail Rd. Such a pleasure in every way 🙌 I am so grateful to have found them.

Got my father’s glasses at Forks Optical in Dr. Boscia’s office. We also had to get one of his glasses repaired which he broke by accident. Matt was the one that helped us out. My father is elderly and is starting to forget as he gets older. Matt was very patient with him. Fixed the broken glasses the same day by replacing the frame and using the same lens. We also got an extra pair for my father. Matt was very helpful in helping us choose a durable frame for my father in case he accidently breaks them again. He and the staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and very easy to deal with. I highly recommend.

Everyone is so nice and very helpful! I was just going to get my glasses updated since it had been a long time, but mentioned briefly it was because of recent migraines. The doctor immediately understood and she discussed the migraines with me, then gave recommendations for lenses that may reduce migraine triggers. They truly go above and beyond. And the suggestions for the frames were great! One of the first frames he brought out the other day I loved and picked them up today! They were very adamant about making sure everything was comfortable and the fit of the glasses were just right! Very happy with the experience!

I was thrilled when I found that this location carries a specific brand of glasses I like. Everyone I encountered here was very helpful, specifically Lyndsey and Matthew, both very professional. Matthew did a great job fitting my glasses ! Excited to come back next year for sunglasses.

Outstanding service from start to finish! This was my first time at this office. Check-in/registration was efficient, doctor was knowledgeable and explained what was going on, got fitted for glasses - so many frames to choose from, had help picking the frames that looked best on me and walked out with one of my pairs.

Great place for eye exam & to get glasses/lenses/contacts. They have a good variety of glasses for men & women, and sun glasses. Very professional with all the latest tech.

Today was the first visit since moving to the area and needing to find an optometrist. Staff were really professional, friendly, and efficient. Very happy with my choice.

I love this optical lab. Matt is amazing to work with. He listens to the customers needs and patiently works to meet them. Upon occasion, I have even had the need to adjust the lenses after they were made. Matt was courteous and worked toward a solution. We even walked outside to test vision in "the real world". What a game changer. Thank you for helping the world see better, one patient at a time!

One of the best and most thorough eye exams I’ve ever had. The docs here are top notch. But the real star of the show is the frame selection. There’s a group of experts who will help you find frames that work with your face. These folks are smart. The young woman who helped me was classy and professional. She gave me several frames that were exactly what I needed. Then the young guy with the goatee helped me get new lenses for my tactical glasses. The guy was great. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Just an A+ experience all the way around. I’m lucky that a place with a selection this good and with people this great is right here in Easton.
