My current eye doctor had recently retired so I turned to Google to search for a new eye doctor in my area. Forsight Vision had raving reviews so I gave them a try. I was paired with Dr. Cozzone who was incredibly personable, had a vast knowledge of the profession, and overall, exceeded expectations. The entire staff, in fact, was friendly and tended to my needs. I am glad I found this conveniently located office and plan on remaining with this practice from here on out. Highly recommend!

We were looking for optometrist after seeing luerie ophthalmologist for a while. Everyone recommended Dr. Cohans and now, I know why. He is most gentle and patient doctor that works with kids. Our appointment did not felt rush at all. He answered all our questions with such a great professionalism. Whole office staff were so friendly. As a parent, I highly recommend this place and I left so relieved that my girls’ vision is in good care so, they won’t have eye problems like me.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Cohan's for many years. The care we receive is exceptional and the staff is always courteous and professional! I have started treatment with the Midwest Dry Eye Center and already notice relief of my symptoms. If you need vision care, look no further. Foresight Vision provides comprehensive care using state-of-the-art technology. I cannot recommend them enough!
