My current eye doctor had recently retired so I turned to Google to search for a new eye doctor in my area. Forsight Vision had raving reviews so I gave them a try. I was paired with Dr. Cozzone who was incredibly personable, had a vast knowledge of the profession, and overall, exceeded expectations. The entire staff, in fact, was friendly and tended to my needs. I am glad I found this conveniently located office and plan on remaining with this practice from here on out. Highly recommend!

We were looking for optometrist after seeing luerie ophthalmologist for a while. Everyone recommended Dr. Cohans and now, I know why. He is most gentle and patient doctor that works with kids. Our appointment did not felt rush at all. He answered all our questions with such a great professionalism. Whole office staff were so friendly. As a parent, I highly recommend this place and I left so relieved that my girls’ vision is in good care so, they won’t have eye problems like me.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Cohan's for many years. The care we receive is exceptional and the staff is always courteous and professional! I have started treatment with the Midwest Dry Eye Center and already notice relief of my symptoms. If you need vision care, look no further.
