Wife was just in and two lady’s in front had a bad attitude, Dr. James, hope you see this review and have your team attend customer service education. We had to step out as my wife couldn’t stand the bad manners and not to mention the bad response as my wife had questions.
We’ll have to find other Optometrist where we feel that they care their patients, especially new patient.

I had an eye exam on Monday, Jan 6 and was very dissatisfied. The Dr was non verbal and didn't answer any of my concerns. Will never come back for an exam.

Husband went in for a follow up and was told AFTER that ins wouldn't cover. Incompetent workers. Now we're stuck with the bill.
