The whole staff was friendly and extremely patient. I let the actual Dr. know my concerns, and within 2 minutes he knew what was going on.... I would definitely recommend scheduling an appointment, and a plus is they have Saturday hours!!

The front staff will book you a appointment but boy if you come back to bring your insurance card forget it they want nothing to do with you. They will no go the extra mile for you to answer your questions.
I love even if you wait patiently the one in the mask will just give you a reason not to help you and give you dirty looks and help others, but of course it's just me imagining things or whatever reason. Sorry to inconvenience you at a customer service job. I can only imagine if I did that work how I would be treated and I should be since policy always is 1 st come 1 st serve, wait your turn in line. But hey it's 2023 the rules have probably changed.

Good experience this was my first time at this site although I have been receiving my vision care from Fox (Friendly ) for many years. All staff were personable and friendly. I will definitely go back to this site (4 Seasons) if an appointment is not available at my usual location.
