The experience here is great the front nurses are so sweet and respectful. They always answer any questions you have they are supportive in every way they help me and my daughter. First time to have to deal with this type of situation but they made it feel a lot better my worries wasn't to high because they comfort my baby girl knowing it will be all. The doctor is always sweet so I highly recommend going here.

Scheduled an appt for an eye exam week in advance. I received an email the day before stating retinal imaging is required and you can not opt out which is a $39 charge. Never in my 15 years of going to for an eye exam have I ever heard this. And to top it off they tell you only a little over 24 hours before your apt. If you cancel within 24 hrs they charge a cancel fee. This place is strange!

My husband and I scheduled our eye exams after way too long for this past Saturday, 9/30/23. They were pretty behind by the time we got there at 11:15, so we waited a good bit maybe an hour or so. The optometry technicians and front desk staff were just excellent, they were just on it (even training a new staff member). It was 100% worth the wait, we got to see Dr. Fox. Dr. Fox was so through, spent real time with us, showed us the pictures of our eyes and explained everything. Haven’t had an eye exam like that since I was a kid. Go see Dr. Fox and his excellent team if you can, they are real gems.
