My experience was great. The staff is super friendly. While there, John, Mel, Miranda and Crystal all participated in helping me get what I needed . I’ll be back next year. I love it here. The customer service is top notch.

Amazing Experience! I am so grateful to the Team at Fox Eye Care. I have never had an eye appointment before and I was so nervous. Everyone was so kind and patient and talked me through everything that was happening. Thank You All So Much! Oh, also, they send so many reminders that you cannot forget an appointment, but none of them say where they are located in the mall. Don't make my mistake...they are right outside the second floor of Dillard's. I would 100% recommend, 10 out of 10!

I am a returning patient and my experience is always a good one! The staff is very attentive and caring to your needs when you arrive for your appointment. If you have questions or concerns prior to seeing the doctor they will put your mind at ease, and that type of customer service is very important and speaks volume for the type of people they have on staff. The doctors have great bedside manner and are willing to give you the best advice and options for you to benefit from, and for that you couldn't ask for anything more. All I can say is "thank you".
