I highly recommend Fox Optical for frames and lenses. They take the time to listen to what you want, to get your prescription right, to help you find frames you feel really good in (no matter how long it takes or how many pairs you want to try on) -- and they will tell you honestly if they think you've chosen frames that don't suit you. -- I appreciate that I can come in and have them tightened at no cost. Once I twisted my best pair, and somehow they made it right and didn't even charge me. -- If you give them a budget on new frames, they'll try hard to find you ones you can afford. You will never get a "hard sell" for high-end frames or add-ons you don't want. -- They always treat you like they're glad to see you. -- And I love how relaxing and welcoming their store is. My schedule is complicated so I never make an appointment. I know I'll probably have to wait, but I purposely go when I'm having a rough day because being helped by any of them, and even spending time in their waiting room, is such a treat.

I had such a wonderful experience at Fox! I loved how every test I received was throughly explained as to why I was getting it done, how the test worked, and the significance of my results. After my eye exam, I was given such attentive assistance with picking out new frames that suited my likes and wants, which I appreciated so much. I finally settled on a unique matte teal blue frame, hand crafted in Austria, with the assistance of Jim. Once my frames had arrived, the adjustment to make sure they didn’t slip off or they weren’t too tight was also very thorough. The entire time Jim and I were chatting, it didn’t feel like a “real appointment “ but a chat with a friend. Their covid precautions were meticulous, even this far into the pandemic, which I appreciated greatly. Everyone in the office is so friendly. I honestly can’t wait go to back.

I love this place! Been wearing glasses for 30+ years and these have hands down been the best glasses I have ever had. The service is also amazing. They give you so much attention and help you pick out your frames, which I always hate doing every time I need new glasses. Dr Fox also measures my prescription very accurately. All in all a great place to get glasses and a prescription. Highly highly recommended.
