I had a wonderful experience finally getting new glasses at Framed Ewe. When I was choosing my new frames, Kathleen took her time with me. Trying on many pairs of frames and helping me find the perfect ones. I didn’t feel rushed at all. CJ has been incredibly helpful in getting my glasses to fit just right. Highly recommend this place and will be coming back for my next pair.

Framed ewe is my favorite frame shop in LA! I’ve been stopping in for the past four years and the staff is always so helpful and kind. I mostly have interacted with Alyssa who has helped me pick out frames and mod lenses for the chic-est drama (not to mention also helped me to replace lenses in an old frame set not even from them)! I also appreciate the range of styles and designers from affordable, durable and classic “everyday” frames to more intricate, delicate luxury frames. 15/10; you should already be on your way there!

As I've gotten older and made the switch to progressive lenses, I have always had problems with the lenses being not quite right, just a *little* bit off the exact sweet spot, constantly needing to readjust the position on my nose for different focus points. Not so with Framed Ewe! The people there were very knowledgeable about the best types of frames for me, not just in terms of style and appearance, but also maximizing the effectiveness of the actual optical performance, which I need because my eyes are, how shall we say, very bad (listen to your mothers when they tell you not to read in dim light in the back of the bouncing car). They do extra measurements to double confirm the exact specs that made my spectacles perfect the first time, for the first time at any store. Besides the great service and attention to detail, the selection of frames is also spectacular, though not cheap. However you will feel like you got what you paid for, frames that set you apart from everyone else, look great, and feel great. Finally, they have little sake in juice boxes sometimes, and those are super fun. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience at Framed Ewe in Los Feliz. Alyssa and CJ were both incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. They made finding the right pair of Akila sunglasses smooth and enjoyable without any pressure. Very cute boutique in Los Feliz. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Parking, like everywhere in Los Feliz, is either free or paid on the street. Can be difficult at times, especially weekends. They have a great collection of luxury eyewear.

I dealt mostly with Alyssa and she was wonderful. She was helpful, informative, patient, and sweet as can be. I’ve been going to framed ewe since it opened and over the past few years have purchased 2 pair of glasses. If there was a problem Alyssa fixed it or helped me fix it. If I was undecided, she was patient and waited and waited and waited til I made up my mind. The store and most especially the staff are a welcome addition to the neighborhood and they have a beautiful selection of frames at all price points and styles. It’s a wonderful place to shop or just browse and I recommend the store to anyone who will listen. Los Feliz needed you.

My wife and I stopped into Framed Ewe without an appointment (their process is consultation-based and you’re buzzed in—it’s a guided experience, not a browse-on-your-own shop). Kathleen was incredibly welcoming and clearly exceptional at what she does. Only part of the collection is on display, but the selection is extensive—and you really need someone who knows it to navigate it well. Kathleen listened carefully to what I wanted, immediately understood the direction, and within minutes pulled the exact pair I ended up buying. It was remarkable. For context, my last pair of glasses took me months of browsing online—hours comparing measurements and ultimately ordering a pair hoping they’d fit. What took me endless time before was accomplished here in minutes. The quality is on another level. These are the nicest frames I’ve ever owned—they feel like a work of art. The craftsmanship is palpable. The lenses are also the best I’ve ever had in terms of clarity and comfort. You wear glasses every day. When you consider how much time they spend on your face, investing in real quality makes sense. Framed Ewe absolutely delivers.

I purchased the JMM Enzo Venom glasses and had the lenses change for my prescription. They came out great and look amazing. Framed Ewe did a great job and the packaging is so professional. The staff are super friendly and helpful A+. I will definitely make more purchases with this company.

Such a wonderful store! I was so happy with my shopping experience - CJ welcomed me in, asked me what I wanted in a pair of glasses, and helped me find so many great frames to try on. After I found my new pair, they were ready for pickup well within the estimated two weeks. Everyone who helped me out was so friendly, especially the little dog who was there that day :) I recommend checking out their website to see some of the pricing before you go, so you know generally what to expect. They're more expensive than some other places, but between the glasses quality and personalized shopping experience I'm very satisfied with my purchase and will be back next time I need some Nice Glasses.

I’ve purchased several pairs of sunglasses and opticals from this location, and it’s always a great experience. The staff is warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I’ve worked with Alyssa since 2021 and more recently Brooke, and I always feel like I’m in good hands. They have a great eye for guiding me in the right direction—and a lot of patience when my indecision kicks in (which is just about every time since there are so many great options to choose from!).

Framed Ewe is the only optical shop I purchase my glasses from and it’s not because it’s convenient - I live 3,000 miles away but time and time again when I am in L.A. I make time to stop by. They carry chic, stylish and beautiful brands that I always get compliments on. Their associates are knowledgeable and very helpful when it comes to suggesting new frames. Communications via email and text are clear and helpful. Finally their customer service for ordering lenses, questions from afar, shipping product or repairs is the absolute best. Huge fan of the team at Framed Ewe. I do not live locally and have been able to work with them on new frames and new lenses via phone/text/FaceTime and they are absolutely a pleasure to talk to. Most recently I wanted to add new lenses to an existing pair of frames and CJ help me picked the right ones, got everything squared away, and even rushed the order to make sure my glasses were ready for an upcoming trip. CJ was incredibly patient and helpful with me picking out my frames. She gave me space to deliberate, made suggestions, brought new frames etc. my prescription was rendered perfectly which felt like first! Amazing attention to detail. I even called back the next morning after further deliberation at home to swap frame colours at the last minute before they shipped out and CJ was totally gracious about the whole thing. Prescription was ready sooner than expected and I love my JMM Evan’s. They’re amazing frames and toddler proof!! Going back soon for a second pair this week. Looking no further than Framed Ewe.
