Dr. Jessica is a very friendly, wonderful and attentive doctor. She took enough time to listen to my questions and concerns and explain them with great details. Her place has lots of frame choices if u need glasses. Her staff is very friendly too.

I went for the first time today for my annual eye exam. Wait time was minimal, the space was nice and clean, and the staff was SO nice. Dr. Bruce was also very friendly and took the time to explain everything in detail to me. I felt confident in my exam and results, and can say I definitely found my new optometrist!

We had a great experience at Framed Eyecare in Carrollton. Christine at the front desk was so welcoming and answered all our new patient questions with confidence and whenever we had a specific nuanced question about our insurance she did the research to help put us at ease. Dr. Jessica was amazing during the eye exam and went into whatever detail we desired when we had a technical question about our prescription. Unlike most optometrists I've encountered, Dr. Jessica answered our questions with genuine passion and enthusiasm rather than it being a chore. Dr. Jessica was also tremendously helpful and patient with us as my wife and I shopped for our perfect pair of glasses. Everything about my experience with Framed Eyecare was first class and perhaps the best eye doctor experience I've had. From the appointment reminders to the peace of mind about what was and was not covered under my insurance to the thoroughness of the actual eye exam and everything in between was top notch. I would highly recommend Framed Eyecare to all my friends and family for a well rounded optometrist experience!
