Soooo Larissa is AMAZING!!! She is great at her job. I am SUPER indecisive. She was patient and extremely helpful. She was great at selecting frames that fit my face. I'm excited and counting down the days to go back and pick up my glasses. Dr. Kwick was also great. He answered my questions and explained everything. He corrected my prescription. This place has great customer service, I'd highly recommend.

Been going here for prescription lenses and contacts for 16 years. Their service has remained excellent throughout. Dr. Rosano carefully tweaked my lens prescription, and Larisa gave me 5-star advice & recommendations for which pair of glasses to pick. Loved that she broke down pricing and threw in great deals! More reason I'll keep returning to Franhill as needed.

I went to Franhill Optics and the staff was very nice. Got me an immediate appointment and worked around my schedule. I will be coming here for my Optical visits from now on! The doctor took the time to understand my issue. He is a kind doctor. See you in two weeks. Can't wait to get my glasses.

Great place for an eye exam. The doctor very friendly and polite.i called looking for help and Erica was able to help with The DMV process to renew my license. Very helpful.

Everyone is so well spoken, friendly and attentive to helping you! As I waited for my eye exam I observed how they take they’re time with each individual. As I waited to pick out my glasses the young lady behind the desk apologized for the wait and I told her it was no need but, it made me feel good knowing I wasn’t forgotten about. I’m also extremely happy with my frames and lenses! Keep up the GREAT customer service guys. You Rock!!!!!

Today I walked into Franhill optics with two broken frames. Crazy right. Well. Nothing was too crazy for Larisa. She provided me with amazing customer service and I walked out of there wearing one pair she repaired and dropping off the second. I honestly thought I was going to hear bad news but she was so friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my eyes. THANK YOU LARISA!!!!!!!! And thank you Franhill Optic.

Recently I had to get some new glasses after neglecting my eyes during the pandemic. I received a thorough exam and assistance picking out some frames that accentuated my look in a very complimentary manor. Shout out to Larisa for the cool customer service! Colin

Not reliable I bought an expensive frame, it broke in 2 weeks, I went there to replace it, but after going there 5 times in 2 months, they wanted to charge me $120 more for another frame.

Refreshingly fast , efficient, and courteous experience. The team at Fran Hill can’t be beat. From kind and patient Dr. Qwik, to the uber knowledgeable and savvy Larisa, the entire process of buying new glasses was fast and professional. Larisa expertly explained changes in my new prescription and how that effected my frame options. She listened ever so carefully to my needs and offered up solutions with grace and a professionalism lacking in most retail situations. Thank you Fran Hill! I’ll be back,

I’ve been coming here for years for myself and my kids. Elise is great, caring and patient. Dr Patel was great today. Honestly I always return back here because of Elise, she goes above and beyond and is always welcoming❤️

I've been coming here forever. The doctor listens and explains evry step of what is going on with your eyes and why you need a certain prescription. Larisa helped me today and was great with helping select frames that fit my face and also patient with me trying different brands on. Everyone here is always helpful and friendly, which is why I have been coming here for honestly abt 15 years.

Found the place well managed and the staff extremely helpful , professional, and friendly! I was a walk-in and was seen a reasonable amount of time even though it was quite busy inside! I found the optometrist to be extremely professional and polite! The glasses arrived in the advertised amount time and they do have a decent selection! It is centrally located near to major state roads, three highways, and 11 bus routes! Also there is a large strip mall located near by!

The staff here was amazing! Walking in, I was immediately taken care of. Varisa guided me when I needed more understanding, she’s very patient and welcoming and so was her coworker. The Dr was so informative, he explained and took his time every step of the way. Staff of August 2022 are great and my reason to follow up with my eyes in the future.
