*** BEWARE: FRONT DESK STAFF IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND MALE EMPLOYEE IS AGGRESSIVE AND CONFRONTATIONAL **** I would leave 0 stars if I could! The front desk staff is extremely unprofessional, they will continue their own personal conversations at their desk while customers are waiting in their lobby to be seen. I have attempted to call their business number for two months straight leaving multiple voicemails to schedule an appointment, they do not answer their phones during business hours and they do not return calls or messages. The employees that work their front desk are incredibly rude, they blame their lack of professionalism on personal problems that have occurred outside of work that have nothing to do with the business. The front desk staff will misquote your services, HIGHLY UNETHICAL. I was told an exam was one price and when I retuned just a few months later to schedule, the same employee told me it was $10 more than what was previously discussed. After asking the employees why I hadn’t received a call back after attempting to get ahold of staff for scheduling for TWO months, the employee insisted I was lying and requested to see my cellphone call logs to prove that I had actually called their business number business. While visibly upset over the experience I was receiving from the employees at the front desk, they laughed in my face and told me to leave. While sitting in the lobby waiting to speak to the doctor that owns the practice after receiving such terrible service from the front desk staff, the staff continue to speak at me discussing their person problems out loud. Once the doctor came out to speak to me, he laughed at me while I was expressing how upset this experience made me. The doctor denied my experiences, even while having proof of my attempts at contact and the staff openly admitting to changing the pricing on me. The doctor then told me he will not continue to see me as a patient. Once the doctor dismissed me from his office, a male employee RAN AT ME with AGGRESSION while I stood in their doorway! Stating to hit him! Would not recommend to anyone that values their time, money, safety or peace! This place offers nothing of value and I left being threatened!

Four years running coming here — I cannot recommend any higher than 5 stars. There is no better doctor and staff out there that I’ve found. Good price if you don’t have insurance too!

I was greeted by a beautiful pup! The staff is amazing.. the doctor was funny and informative!! I would recommend everyone to go there. They're not just an eye glass establishment, but also sell a variety of things such as supplements, oils, purifiers, and alkaline water!! I LOVE MY GLASSES!! I was treated so kind there.. go check them out, they will not disappoint you!!

It's an emergency... I need my script. I have to be temporarily legally blind because they will not answer the phone. Their time says they are open Fridays so why is nobody answering? I am washing my hands with this place. This is the second time within 3 months where they were not available by phone during their proposed business hours. If I can't trust you because you gave false information, why should I give you my money or trust you with my vision? Unacceptable.

Very very helpful Dr Frazer was recommended by family. When I tore a retina he suggested Dr Singh in Grand Blanc repair it. Dr. Singh then referred me back for glasses. I got Harley Davison ones. Staff fit me perfect!

Best place to get glasses/contacts. Dr. Frazier is very knowledgeable and will truly spend time making sure he gets your prescription right. I love the oils, and products they sell and the fact that he sells them for so cheap! He has said he has many clients that cannot afford the health/wellness products they need so he makes them affordable!

My family has been going to Dr. Frazier for over ten years and we have always haff a great experience. Saddens me that people will make negative comments about his office. It's noteworthy that none of the people leaving negative comments can actually say why they weren't happy. Thanks to all the staff at Frazier Vision Center for taking the time to give a good exam, going over all the costs and options, and creating a welcoming environment!

I made the appointment weeks to wait to get in but said they still took my kids insurance. 5pm the day before the appointment calls to say the can’t take the insurance and it will be full price to keep ‘em. She knew my sons glasses were broke and on his last pair of contacts and now we have to search for a new doctor and play waiting game again. Very unprofessional!

Visited for my first time today and it was awesome! Dr. Frazier took the time to explain everything he was doing and even taught me some pretty cool things about my eyes too! Plus I walked out with my glasses in less than 20 minutes. All of the staff were amazing!

I realize during the COVID-19 situation that offices are not operating under normal conditions. However, I checked the website and it shows that they are open, when I arrived there was a sign on the door saying they were temporarily closed. I called the office and it has a normal answering message indicating they are open rather than info as when they plan to reopen. When I attempted to leave a message, the mailbox was full. My son’s glasses are broken and I need to buy contacts. I think that all of this is very disrespectful to the patients. They could at least check their phone messages (lots of people are working from home or someone could stop in to the office and check messages or at this point, offer limited services.) They clearly do not care about their patients needs.

Dr Frazier is the ONLY eye care Doctor out of MANY that always gets my difficult prescription correct.

If there was ZERO stars it would be more than they deserve, AVOID this place it's so unorganized and NOONE on the staff knows what they are doing, they are RUDE and there's this little guy named Jason he will screw up your glasses and knows nothing AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS PLACE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE RUN RUN RUN

Best vision expert around. I would highly recommend people come, and find out how professional Dr. Frasier is. Come in and experience a true professional, optometrist.

He’s such a great doctor. I recommend him to everyone I know. If I could give him 100 stars I would. Him and his staff are very sweet and are great at what they do❤️

I was always very happy with Dr. Frazier and his staff until Covid 19. I had just purchased new glasses, however, my naughty dog chewed them up. I could not get in contact with anyone - l left several messages (when the mailbox wasn't full). All l wanted was my prescription so l could order new glasses elsewhere. I ended up going to Eyeglass World and it cost me another $500.00. l will not be returning to Frazier. They need to have something in place to take care of patients They lost me.

Dr. Frazier is the best eye doctor and his staff is awesome especially Ms. Kathleen. I’ve been going here for many years and I have recommended over a dozen people and they feel the same way.

Dr. Fraizer is such a great optometrist. Their space is really convenient and easy to find. I would highly recommend this to anyone! Can't say enough good things.

This is a terrific office. The eye doctor is great. He's very thorough he checks and double checks everything. That's what I like about coming here. His employees are very nice as well. I've gotten my last three pair of glasses from this office.

I have been coming here since I was 5 and honestly I've never had a problem with them. Everyone is really nice and helpful when it comes to picking glasses out. I honestly love it here. Everytime I come in for an appointment everything goes great.

Amazing staff! Friendly, helpful, and efficient. We have been going to Frazier Vision for years and always receive the same great service. Today we had an appointment to pick out glasses for my son, and we were in and out In under 20mins! He picked out frames, we got to go wait in the car while they put the prescription lenses in the frames (5-10mins) and they nicely brought out the frames with lenses! Highly recommend!

10 stars if possible. Called, left a voicemail with my info, got a call back the next day for an appointment. Got me in less than a week later and was awesome. The Dr goes above and beyond what most others do and he even offers the glasses in house for $49 which is a steal! They didn't accept my insurance but even if they did I would be paying way more anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience. The open hours were a little odd but once I got in I felt very welcome!!

Love the neon lights and the vibe of this place. Super friendly staff and hardly a wait. Glasses ready in the same day. Awesome place!
