The staff at 4th st is horrible they do not know left from right!
They canceled MIL appointment and it took them 10 mins to figure out why and they told her she no showed. I think not she has to have an important surgery and this apt depends on it.
The staff at 82nd st was much nicer and more cooperative and understanding! Thanks Andrea!
