I suddenly developed severe tearing of both eyes that escalated to severe redness and swelling. I saw Dr Gerard and eventually Dr Patel. Dr Gerard was very thorough and had an excellent bedside manner and Dr Patel was also very thorough, professional, and kind. After thorough evaluation from both, being diagnosed with severe dry eye and punctal stenosis, Dr Patel performed an in office procedure to unblock the puntum in both eyes. Everything was accomplished in a timely manner and provided great relief! Almost 6 months later and my eyes are doing great. The supportive staff are also 5 stars.

The other day I woke up with my eye really red and irritated and was nervous about what it could be. I came to the Brick office to get it checked out and the tech Alexa and Dr. Patel made the experience really comfortable for me. Alexa was super friendly and thorough and reassured me throughout the process. I was seen by the doctor very promptly, who was very pleasant and thorough, and she prescribed me with eye drops which resolved the issue in two days! I was very happy with my experience in the office and my interactions with the staff and would definitely recommend.

I see Dr. Patel at the Brick office. She is lovely and very detail oriented. My cataract surgery was a breeze and her bedside manner and follow up is both professional and caring. I highly recommend her to anyone!!!
