Dr. Andersen is really nice but to wait for 2 hrs is a bit too much for me. So I would say goodbye. I hope, like what the staff said, they would keep their office afloat (by over booking schedules). Even if you book few months in advance, the staff already knows that you have to wait 2 hours.

Dr. Steven Andersen is very patient and highly knowledgeable. I am so relaxed for my eye health now. Five star for the Doctor Anderson.

Dr Vincent said really rude words towards me after finding out that I didn’t want to do the visual examination. I can’t even open my eyes okay? And using numb eye drops feels horrible. Nobody explains to me why I need to do that. And after his treatment for four days, my problems didn’t get better so I have to find another doctor.
Also I waited a long time and the doctor kept implying that because I refused to do the visual examination, the process became so long and other patients needed to wait longer. They said maximum two hours’ waiting, but I suggest you think this is a two hours process. They said it’s because they are short of stuff, then why you have so many appointments?
