Had a fantastic experience! From keeping my appointment on time to the friendly and knowledgeable staff, my experience was top notch. The technicians were patient and and friendly. The Doctor was informative, compassionate and efficient. The help I received to choose frames and lenses was very helpful. She helped me choose frame shape & color and explained how progressive lenses worked to me. She was patient and friendly too. I will definitely send my friends and family here! Great experience!

Service was great she deserves a raise. If I could have an exam daily I would come see her everyday. She handle me with care and the smile is one you will never forget

I had my first exam here in mid-April and had to leave halfway through because they left me in the waiting room between tests for close to an hour. I was finally rescheduled for April 29. The exam with the doctor was done by video conference which did not seem ideal and felt rushed. I had glasses made with the prescription about a week after, and then received them mid-May. The prescription did not seem like it was correct but I gave it a month to see if my eyes would adjust. This week I was able to go to the glasses shop and confirm they used the correct prescription and they offered me 90 days to replaces the lenses free of charge if I had my prescription re-evaluated. I went back here to get a re-evaluation and they tried to claim it had been 3 months since my exam -- it is actually 2 months and 1 week, which I feel is a reasonable time to get glasses made, evaluate them, and find time between work to get the lenses read and verified. However they only honor their prescription for 30 days and cannot do a complementary re-exam as the "system" prevents them from doing so. I find this outrageous when the shop that did my lenses offers 90 days. If I have to pay again, I'll just be taking my business to another optometrist.
