Friends of Vision is a nonprofit organization founded by Dr. Michael Colvard in 1989. The organization works to eliminate reversible blindness in underdeveloped countries, including restoring sight to more than 10,000 patients in northern Namibia. It also provides food, clothing, and educational supplies to orphaned and underprivileged children, and has supported improvements at the Mwadinomho School in Namibia.
