First time getting a new contact lens exam since moving to Texas, and this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in 20 years! New doctors within the last 12-15 months. I was in and out for my appointment in a timely manner.

I have been going to Frisco Eye Care for 10 years and with this new ownership, I'm not going back. The service is slow and Doctor Malani didn't seemed too concerned about her patient's wellbeing You would think after telling a patient they have an eye injury the doctor would at least explain the severity of it. All I got was a prescription and typing from her keyboard. I had to ask baseline questions the former owner would have answered without having to be prompted. Even then, I left feeling uncomfortable and unsure about my diagnosis because this doctor doesn't feel the need to even pretend to be concerned about her patient's eye health.
