Now part of Froedtert so no longer accepting vision insurance, didn't bother to notify long-term patients nor was I informed during scheduling or registration even after I told the registration person that I had VSP. Read your release CAREFULLY lots of hidden rights to privacy signed away if you're not cautious. Sincerely disappointed in how this office has handled their transition after years of being a patient.

She saved my both eyes life I almost went blind and I am a diabetic. My husband and i love her the death and she's a sweet person. I recommended her she the best!!
