I was so very pleasantly surprised with the location and the parking availability. But most of all I was greeted with very helpful, pleasant respectful employees. Each one of them did their job with ease, and explained everything that I needed to get done. The doctor treats you, as if he’s known you forever with such respect and ease, he explained every procedure that was going to be done and what was the purpose for it. So needless to say that you are told more than once what procedure they were going to do and what was the purpose for it, which is great because sometimes I don’t get it the first time, and I hate to always ask can you repeat that so it was just perfect. I loved my visit at Fruitvale Optometry and I would recommend it to everyone I know thank you so much Fruitvale Optometry!

I felt the staff was welcoming and professional. The day of my appointment I was running late, because I showed up at the wrong clinic of all things. I was told to still come in and my appointment would be honored. All my eye exams were done, completed and Dr.Nancy Luu, OD took the time to explain everything and answer any questions I had during my exam with her. Overall, a pretty good visit for me.
