I visited this location back in July because of the location and the reviews. The staff was very prompt, pleasant, and professional! The doctor on the other hand didn't seem very interested when I expressed my concerns. He was very nonchalant and I felt somewhat rushed through my examination. After receiving my new eyeglasses, I felt that my lenses weren't quite right. The optician stated that it may take some time for your eyes to adjust. It's been three months and my eyes have been strained, causing soreness. My frames are also wearing out! I've reached out to the office to see if I can get assistance, so I'll update this review with that experience. Update: I went in today to meet with the optician and my prescription needed adjustment and she's ordering new frames for me as well!! Great staff here!!

My husband and I had a pleasant visit at Fusion eye care today I was very pleased with staff who were so friendly and helpful. Dr Basiri was very knowledgeable and professional he took care of us with examining our eyes to make sure everything is fine. Aria was amazing helping us with his suggestions for choosing glasses and best lenses and plans. Strongly recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a good eye care clinic.

I love I can get my new glasses right away here, it’s why I chose them. Covered under my insurance (eye med) they have a great selection of glasses that my allowance covers in full. Make sure you know your insurance though, I was told over by the receptionist over phone that my insurance wouldn’t cover frames and same day lenses, so I brought an old pair of glasses to switch the lenses out. Turns out I could have gotten new frames with my insurance but I didn’t realize it until after they started working on my glasses. Dr. Bassiri is great, took time to make sure I was seeing better in my new prescription and I even found out I don’t have astigmatism after all. I definitely recommend this eye care facility, everyone is really friendly and helpful and the place is clean and well appointed for comfort and style.
