Excellent service from beginning to end. Starting with Jose, I’m not sure his title but he called me in and did the initial part of the visit. He was patient and did very well explaining everything he was doing. Dr. Hinojosa was incredibly sweet. Jose Sosa was very helpful going over insurance benefits and helping select frames, lenses and explaining the process despite this not being my first time there. 10/10

The wait to be called in is forever, to get your glasses is even more then you call for an update & you have to wait again some more 🤦🏻‍♀️ glasses broke several times then they claimed they were having issues with the frames yet they never warned customers & now we have been waiting weeks for the new frames. I had to go back to get another eye exam because I couldn’t see clear with the new glasses then my son had the same issue. Waiting for weeks for glasses to have to wait again some more because the prescription was not right just sucks! Never going back there again!

I was waiting after signing in for about 45 minutes, before they told me I needed to fill out a contact information form in order for me to join the queue . Both ladies at the front had no idea what was going on and were rude. I only rate this one star because I am unable to rate them 0.
