The girl at the optician's was kind of rude. I told her I wasn't really sure what name it was under, and I gave her my son's name first anyway, and she just made a face and rolled her eyes. I didn't make the appointment, that's why I wasn't sure if it was in the father's name or my son's.

I've been calling since 9am still no answer then I get a busy line.Why no courtesy calls.Its too much work?

Super place ! Dr very patient, informative very intelligent and in no rush if you have many questions! Very affordable eye test and glasses deals. One very rare maybe only one in town that accepts medicare for eye test and glasses after cataract surgery! Dr from prominent Laredo family very trustworthy! Try him I guarantee he's as good or better than the rest!

Dr. Newton is a great doctor. It is very rare in this day and age to find a doctor who takes the time to be as thorough and caring as he is. The office staff is great too!

at 33 years old ive never had to use glasses. Do not go to straton optical they gave me a bad prescription. On the other hand here it was as easy as it gets and you get to actually see a optometrist. Yea the glasses may take a while but you are getting a accurate prescription. i definitely reccomend this place.

The optometrist has incredible bedside manner. Most of the staff is so helpful and friendly. They have a good variety of options for glasses and are available for any repairs :) I’d really recommend this place to others.

It was amazing. But i wonder when my glasses will be ready I went to the appointment On Monday. Or does it take like a week to get them?

Customer service is excellent and over value of the price is amazing but I had to call in to see if my glasses were ready about a week And 3 days they didn't call me to let me know
