Dr. Inman is a polished professional in her field. Highly detailed, deeply knowledgeable and shares a holistically professional experience during the office. She really drives to be at the top of her field and local business practice. Highly recommend her.

I haven't had an optometrist I've loved before, but every single person I interacted here for my first appointment today was so so sweet. I felt so seen and never was made to feel like I was dumb for not knowing anything. Will be my new go to optometrist for sure!

It was my first time at this location; the staff are very friendly and explain things clearly. The doctor takes the time to listen to you and explain everything related to eye health. I am very happy to have found this place; they also have such a wide variety of brands and frames that it’s hard to choose just one. I definitely recommend this place for its professionalism and customer service.

Dr. Inman gave me a thorough eye exam and explained every detail of it in a very professional and gentle way. Dr. Gaylord not only performed some necessary preventive exams but enriched my knowledge of all the vision cares. On the side, Ryan explained to me my insurance coverage and, under my request, helped me to make the choice of the frame. This is the best optometry in my lifetime!

Always great! I've been going to Garden Grove Optometry for seventeen years and I've received the best care for my eyes since day one. Dr. Inman, Dr. Cook, and Dr. Gaylord are wonderful optometrists who take special care and concideration for one's eye health. They all have paid close attention to my needs, as far as eye care and eye treatments, and my wants as well, with my preferences in glasses and/or contacts. All of the staff and assistants are well-informed, helpful, respectful, and supportive. My children are getting to the age of needing eye care and I'm excited to be able to share the same experiences with them. I hope that we can remain family members of the Garden Grove Optometry. I have been going to Garden Grove Optometry since 2014 with my first pair of glasses. Dr. Inman has always taken good care of me. Over the years she has gone above and beyond to help me to get the best fitting glasses. The quality of glasses I get are very good. I am currently using a pair of reading glasses from 2015 as my regular walking-around-the-house glasses and they are not even scratched. Ryan was very helpful in sorting out the insurance and payments as well as being very patient with me. I have ADHD and tend to go off topic a lot. Finally, I was able to be seen the other day just because I happened to be in the area and thought I would just try and see if they could fit me in. The cost of gas is high and they are a bit out of my way - but I prefer the long standing relationship I have with them. They offer a cash pay pricing if you aren't using insurance. Sure you can go to somewhere less expensive - but the quality of glasses you get is excellent. Like I said I have a regularly worn pair last me for over 10 years.

Very professional, kind, and they had a fantastic selection of classes to choose from. They did a very thorough job in examining my eyes. This was my first time as a new client. I will definitely be back.

I highly recommend Garden Grove Optometry. I used to go to Costco and they were okay… but the doctor at GGO spends so much more time with you and provides what feels like a much more thorough examination. They have a great selection of glasses as well and allow you to try samples of your new contact lens prescription before ordering.

Yarely Failed to do her job. My son has been having insurance and has been coming to this optometrist for years. Yes we received a phone call to confirm but Yarely failed to verify if all Demographics are currently the same. We went in for an appointment like we always have in the past and his insurance has always covered the visit. This time they asked me to pay out of pocket because they no longer accept the insurance. They mentioned this after the visit. Working in an office I always make sure I double check EVERYTHING A WEEK BEFORE if not the day before. Huge fail on their end. I dont recommend this place to anyone. They won't check your information and just send you a bill. Yarely went as far to say my fiance is lieing. Very Absurd and unprofessional.

Everyone was very attentive and informative from the beginning to end. Ryan helped me schedule an eye appointment the day before coming in, and even went over the benefits my insurance offered. Dr. Inman was very informative and helpful with my concerns, which I really appreciated since I havent recieved a proper eye exam in years. What I really loved was having a doctor's office visit on a weekend! Really sealed the deal with that!
