Doctor was rude, snippy, volatile, condescending, disrespectful. He made me incredibly uncomfortable, and that was BEFORE he tried to sell me his atrocious frames. When I told him I wasn’t interested in what he had to offer, he stormed off and exclaimed, ‘unbelievable!’ The woman at the front desk was incredibly nice & friendly, and I feel bad for what she must have to endure. Would absolutely never return.

The Doctor doesn't listen to you. It's his way or go find someone else. He was rude and inconsiderate. He spoke over me as I tried to explain what I was looking for and why.
