I have had more doctors in my life, than most, and I can say that I NEVER thought I would find a doctor that I trusted as much as my orthopedic doctor! But after being sent from the er to Dr Alexander R Gaudio,I knew I not only was In good hands,but felt I was with one of the most caring doctors I have ever met! I am not sure exactly what made me trust him,but he took the time to explain EVERYTHING, and though many people want to be "fixed" up and no need to explain ,that is not me! I have to understand before I give my faith to them! I would recommend this caring,soft spoken,doctor my faith 100%, and , though he is 100% professional, he relaxes you with sprinkles of humor and then gets right back in the zone ,though I am not completely released yet, I thank God,I was fortunate to be sent to him.If you want the best,you need to seek out Dr Gaudio Senior and fortunately, his son is also in the same office and appears to be as professional !

I had a detached retina in August of 2010 It was hanging on by a thread Dr. Guardio had already left hospital and was headed to Boston turned around and operated from 7:30pm til 10:30pm and is the most humble person I have had the opportunity to know even for a short time. He told me that the chances of me getting my vision back completely was questionable. I gained complete eye site back with the need of stronger prescription. I have never really had the opportunity to tell him that I thank God for the talents he has given him and what a blessing he is to his profession.
